ABOUT ME

Taylor graduated with a BSc in Geology from the University of Glasgow in 2021. Her keen interest in modules such as Engineering Geology, Hydrogeology and Basin Management led her to complete a MSc in Environmental Engineering. During her master’s year at Strathclyde University, she found a real passion for the promotion of low carbon consumption. Modules undertaken in her masters for example Aquifer Mechanics and Waste Management has allowed her to develop extensive knowledge on both geothermal and anaerobic digestion systems. For her master’s dissertation she investigated the gaps in understanding of low temperature sedimentary aquifer geothermal resources, specifically located in Paris and Munich. This allowed her to combine her previous geology background with her interest and knowledge of renewable energy systems. Through university placements Taylor also has extensive and diverse fieldwork experience having carried out multiple projects across Scotland and Spain.

Taylor is delighted to have joined the team at Synergie Environ and looks forward to taking on new and challenging projects, helping her to achieve her chartership.
