Dave brings over 30 years of experience in the energy sector, with a particular focus on oil and gas.  

Dave spent the majority of his career with Aker Solutions, where he held a series of senior leadership roles and built a strong reputation for operational excellence and strategic delivery. Following his tenure at Aker Solutions, Dave led a private equity–owned engineering company, further expanding his expertise in business growth and performance management. 

In July 2023, Dave joined PD&MS Group as Head of Business Operations for the Optimus Plus business. Under his leadership, Optimus has seen significant growth, both in capability and market reach. His success in this role led to an expansion of his responsibilities to include the Synergie Environ business. Today, Dave serves as PD&MS Group’s Director of Consultancy Services and is a key member of the executive leadership team. 

Dave is known for his collaborative leadership style, strong business acumen, and unwavering commitment to operational excellence. He brings a deep understanding of the entire energy value chain and will be instrumental in positioning PD&MS Group’s consultancy businesses to support not only the traditional oil and gas market but also the ongoing energy transition, including renewable and alternative energies.
