Previous Experience

Thomas has over 7 years experience in a variety of customer facing roles and manages the offices on a day to day basis which includes responsibility for Health and Safety of the team.

He also supports the wider team providing an invaluable resource supporting existing projects and has responsibility for developing and maintaining project plans for mapping the companies project portfolio to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Skills and Expertise

His experience of CAD software allows the company to offer a complete project package from feasibility through design to commissioning. He also has experience of waste audits which includes waste composition analysis, data collection and mapping of sites. He has been involved with the design and build of the new company website and is responsible for updating and managing it and creating regular company e-bulletins.

He has recently completed a project for a Public Sector client which involved revising and simplifying a master spreadsheet template and then liaising with each area contact throughout Scotland to access their information to allow for the completion of this national inventory.

He is currently completing a Level 3 Management Modern Apprenticeship and is about to commence formal Project Management training in APMP and Prince II.
